JOB SUMMARY: RPW PROGRAM LEAD
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RPW Program Lead to join our team. The RPW Program Lead will drive the development, implementation, and optimization of CRM strategies to enhance business processes, user engagement, retention, and satisfaction. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Lead the development and implementation of CRM strategies to optimize customer interactions across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive alignment on CRM initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of CRM projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee customization, configuration, and integration of CRM systems to meet business needs and enhance user experience.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
- Develop and implement training programs, documentation, and support resources to ease user adoption and engagement of CRM systems.
- Establish and oversee end user support model, providing troubleshooting assistance and guidance on best practices.
- Proactively gather feedback from end users to find opportunities for system improvement and enhancements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in CRM to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external CRM vendor, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Drive user adoption and engagement of CRM systems through effective communication and change management initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10 years of experience in CRM strategy, implementation, and management, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Financial service knowledge, particularly 401(k) & wealth management.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory framework for FINRA and SEC regulated businesses.
- Some knowledge of insurance and/or employee benefits.
- Proven track record of successfully leading CRM projects and driving business results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage vendors and present to executive leadership.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or CRM platforms such as HubSpot (Microsoft Dynamics certification is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others and proactively develop solutions collaboratively.
- Strong self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to provide and receive empathetic feedback.
- Self-motivated with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a largely unsupervised setting.
- High level of comfort using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
