SALESFORCE SOLUTION ARCHITECT

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. This role is critical in architecting Salesforce solutions across multiple projects, ensuring that the solutions align with both technical and business requirements. The Solution Architect will serve as a trusted advisor, working under the guidance of a lead Architect, and will collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to develop comprehensive solutions that meet our strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Provide overall architecture and design for the implementation of solutions on multiple projects or a single large complex project.
  • Create prototypes and proofs of concept to refine and define requirements.
  • Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, making key decisions on custom solutions as necessary.
  • Lead or participate in the definition and prioritization of business and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the best implementation strategies for Salesforce solutions.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving difficult conversations and removing roadblocks.
  • Architect robust data models to support project requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, with at least 5 years in Salesforce Architecture.
  • Required Salesforce Certifications in the Architecture track.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, and Force.com.
  • Proficiency in Dev Ops for CI/CD using Copado.
  • Healthcare industry experience, especially within the payer sector.
  • CRM or Member service platform implementation experience.
  • Strong data modeling experience and knowledge of SFDC Data Model across various clouds/products.
  • Experience in architecting solutions on Experience Cloud, Health Cloud.

SPECIAL SKILLS,KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience with Salesforce projects involving significant data integration and migration activities.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in large enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of leading technical presentations, crafting emails, and leading discussions.
  • Experience leading teams in analyzing complex problems and designing and implementing solutions.
  • Documented experience in current and future state solution architecture and data integration/migration design.
  • Knowledge of Vlocity/Omnistudio (Salesforce Industries), Experience Cloud/Community, and a background in Salesforce development.
