We are seeking an experienced and seasoned Salesforce Technical Delivery/Outcome Lead with over 10+ years in a similar role and a strong technical background in Salesforce (Developer, Architect—not Analyst, etc.). The ideal candidate will also have experience in a Product Owner capacity, familiar with Agile and Scrum structures, and possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud. This role focuses on the “how” of technology implementation within the organization’s broader technical architecture, engineering principles, and standards, ensuring successful project deliveries and operational excellence on the Salesforce platform.


  • Oversee all aspects of technical delivery for Salesforce projects, striving toward operational excellence and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with and manage onshore/offshore development team members and project managers.
  • Ensure successful implementation of Salesforce customizations, security, user management, processes, workflows, reports, analytics, and application design.
  • Establish and maintain the operational service model/framework for Salesforce system management, including monthly maintenance releases and end-user support ticket completion.
  • Monitor emerging technology trends within the Salesforce domain and ensure alignment with up-to-date target architecture.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalation in case of technical impediments or delivery issues.
  • Publish return of experience reports for project delivery enhancement and improvement.
  • Identify challenges, propose improvement opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement activities in case of SLA breaches.
  • Responsible for capacity planning and providing tangible inputs to operational teams for designing and improving the delivery model.


  • Minimum of 10+ years in a technical delivery or outcome lead role with a strong background in Salesforce development or architecture.
  • Significant experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
  • Proven track record as a Salesforce Technical Delivery Lead, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
  • Expertise in Health Cloud, OmniStudio/Vlocity, and DevOps engineering.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Experience ensuring successful implementation of Salesforce customizations, security, and user management.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to monitor technology trends and align project work with the organization’s architecture and engineering standards.
  • Demonstrated capability in operational delivery, system management, and continuous improvement practices.
