Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end product design tasks to support ongoing design initiatives for complex platform experiences
- Contribute to the design of workflows and user interfaces within systems that involve multiple steps, integrations, and user types
- Create wireframes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity designs that align with established product and design standards
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions
- Quickly ramp up on existing products, systems, and workflows to contribute effectively with minimal onboarding time
- Translate requirements and feedback into clear, usable design outputs that support efficient development
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to continuously improve deliverables
- Maintain consistency with existing design systems and patterns while contributing to ongoing improvements
Required experience and skills
- Approximately 4 to 6 years of experience in product design or user experience design
- Proven experience working on complex or enterprise-level products with multiple workflows and integrations
- Strong hands-on design skills with a focus on execution and delivery
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro
- Ability to independently produce design deliverables within an established team structure
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product and engineering
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing project needs
- Solid communication skills and ability to take direction while contributing ideas within a team setting
