Responsibilities
- Work directly with healthcare IT teams to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Epic workflows that support value-based care and population health initiatives
- Translate business and operational requirements into clear system configuration steps and actionable build guidance
- Support system setup, ticket submission, and issue resolution within Epic environments, including guiding teams through escalation processes
- Act as a liaison between healthcare stakeholders, internal teams, and technical support resources to ensure alignment and effective issue resolution
