Job Description
A leading organization is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance modern enterprise applications. This position requires a strong Java engineer who can work across the full technology stack, collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders, and contribute to solution design as well as implementation.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using Java and modern web technologies.
- Build responsive user interfaces using JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks, including React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in application architecture, technical design discussions, and solution planning.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve product functionality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work with cloud-based platforms to support application deployment, performance, and reliability.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify challenges, evaluate options, and implement practical solutions.
- Support integration efforts across applications, services, and platform components.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver timely resolutions.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, testing, and software engineering best practices.
Required Experience and Skills
- Strong expertise in Java development with experience building enterprise applications.
- Experience developing front-end solutions using JavaScript or TypeScript and React.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, with Google Cloud Platform preferred.
- Candidates with strong experience in Azure or AWS will also be considered.
- Ability to contribute to technical solution design and architectural discussions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate multiple approaches to business and technical challenges.
- Experience working collaboratively with business and technology teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen, gather requirements, and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with business rules engines.
- Python development experience.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, cloud-based solutions.
- Background working on complex application modernization or integration initiatives.
- Experience contributing to end-to-end solution delivery from requirements through production deployment.
