We are seeking a Solution Marketing Manager to assist the Marketing team. The Marketing team develops marketing strategies and content that enables sales and drives revenue within various market segments. Day to day you will focus on developing highly differentiated value propositions and content to support selling wireless infrastructure solutions. You will also formulate the solutions go-to-market strategy and define and develop targeted launches that drive mindshare, market share, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert within the Marketing organization for assigned infrastructure solutions, industries, and customer sets.

• Partner with the Sales team and dive deep into their niche to create a strategic, persona-based marketing plan that helps drive sales objectives.

• Work closely with customer-facing sales teams to gather market intelligence and customer needs and seek ongoing feedback in order to ensure materials are compelling and differentiated in the market.

• Conduct customer interviews to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey and uncover segment pain points and opportunities.

• Develop targeted differentiated value propositions and supporting content based on segment strategies, including but not limited to sales enablement tools, feature stories, blogs, PowerPoint presentations, sales trainings, infographic, case studies, sales enablement, and webpage content.

• Manage marketing development process, including writing creative briefs for marketing initiatives, briefing the in-house or external teams on the approach and executional requirements behind all initiatives, and overseeing the development of production timelines.

• Work collaboratively with Digital Marketing team to develop content for appropriate marketing vehicles and measurement tools to support program objectives, including industry events, seminars and webinars, digital marketing activities, and web and print advertising programs.

• Measure and report on the success of campaigns and optimize approach based on analytics and data.

• Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree with concentration in either Marketing or a related field strongly preferred.

• Between 7–10 years of experience in either marketing or a related role required.

• Wireless, Telecom industry (cellular, mobile edge compute, data centers, etc) and business-to-business experience strongly preferred

• Approximately 15% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.

• Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.

• Strong ability to take technical and solutions information and transform into compelling value propositions to address customer needs.
