JOB SUMMARY: Production Designer

Join our energetic and talented User Experience & Design team as a Production Designer for Mobile Apps, and contribute to creating best-in-class digital experiences for one of the most recognized hospitality companies worldwide. This remote contract role is perfect for a candidate who is ready to finalize design projects, collaborate with a diverse team, and bring digital visions to life. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Collaborate closely with design leads, product owners, and development teams to prepare final designs and components for development.
  • Produce prototypes, user flows, motion specs, and presentations adhering to design system and brand guidelines.
  • Expand feature design by creating additional screens, edge cases, and error scenarios as a Production Designer.
  • Prepare final handoff files and assets for iOS and Android apps according to mobile specifications.
  • Support user testing with prototype creation as needed.
  • Document component updates and additions to our evolving design system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of relevant UX/production design experience.
  • Proficiency in Sketch and InVision.
  • Experience in interaction, visual, and inclusive design.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining, updating, and creating design documentation.
  • Background in developing large-scale global digital apps, websites, or other digital products in the commerce or travel industry to be a Production Designer.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with atomic design principles and enhancing design systems.
