JOB SUMMARY: PRINCIPAL OPERATIONS SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR

We are seeking an experienced Principal Operations Systems Integrator to lead the design, implementation, and management of our operation systems, focusing on integration with Auto Gate, ERP, and various automation systems. This role is critical in enhancing operational efficiency through research, analysis, and optimization of integration technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: for PRINCIPAL OPERATIONS SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR

  • System Design and Management: Design, implement, and manage the operation systems and their integrations with Auto Gate, ERP, and automation technologies.
  • Technology Research and Analysis: Research and analyze integration technologies to facilitate efficiency enhancements. Develop business requirement documents and specifications.
  • Software Integration and Testing: Lead system integration and software integration test planning, execution, and commissioning for the application integration landscape.
  • Application Lifecycle Management: Ensure proper application lifecycle and version management, acting as hyper care support post-software integration release.
  • Incident Management: Coordinate troubleshooting and incident management for issues impacting operations at various priority levels.
  • Operational Improvement: Work closely with operational and functional teams to identify and implement improvements to business operations and services.
  • Vendor Solution Integration: Integrate vendor engineering solutions into the overall engineering documentation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management: Ensure daily adherence to SLAs, contributing to consistent operational excellence.
  • Tech Portfolio Modernization: Collaborate on tech portfolio modernization, infrastructure simplification, and applications rationalization with the IT management team.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Participate in developing root cause analyses for major incidents and ensure deployment of identified countermeasures.

QUALIFICATIONS: for PRINCIPAL OPERATIONS SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR

Required:

  • A university degree or higher vocational certification in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience, with a preference for automation component experience.
  • At least three (3) years of project handling/coordination experience and process documentation. Operational Technology hardware and integration experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in application programming interfaces, IDEs, code frameworks (C#, Java, PL-SQL/T-SQL, Active MQ), and relational databases/SQL.
  • Familiarity with the Container Operating model, Agile principles, WOW (Lean) standards, and tooling.
  • Expertise in architecture, Auto Gate technology, and ERP applications. Familiarity with automation concepts and data exchange interfaces.

Preferred:

  • Strong background in messaging frameworks and application stacks, with experience in Gate, ERP, OCR technology, and IT automation.
  • Knowledge of application lifecycle and IT Service Management concepts.
  • Understanding of Continuous Improvement/LEAN/Six Sigma principles.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels.
  • Demonstrated functional excellence, leadership, and high-quality work output under pressure.
  • Proven problem-solving experience and credibility with leadership teams.
