JOB SUMMARY: Quality Assurance Lead
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the QA strategy for our enterprise-wide implementations. This role involves assessing solution efforts and complexities, creating comprehensive QA strategies that include end-to-end test data management, and automation. You will be measuring and enforcing compliance with Federal and State standards across multiple vendors and ensuring security and PHI compliance in non-production regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Assess the effort and complexity of solutions to create a governing QA strategy, including E2E test data management and automation.
- Measure and enforce compliance with Federal and State standards across multiple vendors.
- Enforce security and PHI compliance in non-production regions.
- Create and maintain a QA project plan and staffing ramp-up plan to support the quality strategy.
- Serve as the primary QA contact for project stakeholders and development partners.
- Partner with project stakeholders to define quality hand-off standards.
- Indirectly supervise staff both on-shore and off-shore.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly organized, able to manage information and schedules in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Proven QA leadership across enterprise-wide implementations.
- Experience with developing automation strategy and E2E test data management strategy.
- Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, SQL, Jira/Confluence/Zephyr.
- Scrum master certification is a plus.
- Understanding of healthcare business processes is advantageous.
- A seasoned software quality professional with 5+ years of experience leading quality engineering initiatives on enterprise-wide implementations.
