Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of analytics initiatives focused on Medicare Advantage Stars performance
- Own the development, optimization, and ongoing evaluation of quality measures and performance tracking frameworks
- Interpret payer requirements and translate contract-level expectations into actionable analytics and reporting solutions
- Drive continuous delivery of analytics enhancements and insights on a rapid and iterative cadence
- Collaborate with business intelligence and data teams to design and deliver scalable data products
- Provide subject matter expertise in healthcare quality measurement and performance improvement strategies
- Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align analytics outputs with organizational goals
- Ensure analytics outputs clearly connect interventions and strategies to measurable performance outcomes
Required Experience and Skills
- Deep expertise in Medicare Advantage Stars programs and HEDIS quality measures
- Proven experience working in healthcare payer, health plan, or digital health environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare quality frameworks, performance measurement, and contract structures
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead analytics initiatives from concept through delivery
- Experience translating business requirements into structured analytics solutions and actionable insights
- Proficiency with data and analytics tools such as SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau, with emphasis on applied use rather than tool specialization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly explain complex analytics concepts
- Experience leading analytics projects, initiatives, or client engagements within healthcare settings
