Responsibilities
- Lead analytics strategy and execution focused on Medicare Advantage Stars performance
- Oversee the design, improvement, and ongoing evaluation of healthcare quality measurement frameworks
- Analyze payer requirements and convert contract-level expectations into actionable reporting and analytics deliverables
- Deliver continuous enhancements to analytics outputs on a fast-paced, iterative schedule
- Collaborate with data and reporting teams to develop scalable analytics solutions and data products
- Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare quality measurement and performance improvement
- Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align analytics work with organizational objectives
- Ensure all analytics solutions clearly connect operational actions to measurable performance outcomes
Required Experience and Skills
- Deep expertise in Medicare Advantage Stars programs and HEDIS quality measures
- Experience working within payer, health plan, or digital health environments
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality frameworks, performance metrics, and contract structures
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead analytics initiatives from concept through execution
- Experience translating business needs into structured analytics solutions and actionable insights
- Proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau, with emphasis on practical application
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytics concepts and influence stakeholders
- Experience leading analytics projects or initiatives within healthcare-focused organizations
