JOB SUMMARY: Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

We’re on the hunt for an accomplished Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Salesforce solutions, tailoring complex design strategies to meet the needs of our business partners and product owners. This pivotal role requires deep collaboration with both technical teams and business units, translating requirements and data into effective Salesforce strategies. The ideal candidate will boast a solid foundation in Salesforce and Vlocity/Omnistudio, complemented by outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, to enhance and optimize our Salesforce deployments.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect you will translate business requirements into solution architecture leveraging the Salesforce platform, aligning with Salesforce best practices.
  • Architect solutions using a data-driven design framework and leveraging force.com or Vlocity features as appropriate.
  • Create prototypes and proofs of concept to define requirements.
  • Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, deciding on custom solutions as necessary.
  • Lead business and functional requirements definition, prioritization/scoping of requirements, and project sizing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions effectively.
  • Architect and deliver a robust data model that supports the requirements.
  • Engage in conversations with executive leaders, technical architects, and business stakeholders to shape the architectural vision and execute the enterprise Salesforce roadmap.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of Solutions Architecture experience.
  • 7+ years of experience with SFDC and 3+ years with Vlocity/Salesforce Industries.
  • Required Salesforce Certifications: Architecture Track.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, Force.com), and Omnistudio.
  • Experience architecting solutions on Health Cloud.
  • Experience architecting portals such as Broker, Provider, Employer, etc., using Salesforce Industry (Vlocity).
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in large enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • Experience using agile software delivery methodologies, such as Scrum (SAFe Agile).
  • Healthcare industry experience, preferably within the payer sub-vertical.
  • Experience with Salesforce projects involving large data integration and data migration activities.
  • Strong knowledge of SFDC and Vlocity Data Model, with good data modeling experience.
  • Strong documentation skills for proposing current and future state in terms of solution architecture, functional/technical specifications, data integration, and data migration solution design.
