Senior Technology Project Manager

A leading organization is seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives spanning multiple teams and business functions. This position focuses on driving successful delivery of large-scale technology programs while coordinating stakeholders, managing project execution, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead large technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Coordinate activities across multiple technical and business teams.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with strategic goals and business objectives.

Agile Delivery Management

• Facilitate Agile project delivery practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, planning artifacts, and delivery metrics.
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and project tracking activities.
• Promote transparency through regular project status reporting and stakeholder communication.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with technical teams, business leaders, and project stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Build strong relationships across teams to facilitate collaboration and decision-making.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery objectives.

Operational Excellence

• Establish effective project governance and execution processes.
• Track dependencies across teams and ensure timely resolution of blockers.
• Support knowledge transfer, onboarding, and transition activities for ongoing programs.
• Contribute to delivery consistency and project management best practices across the organization.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven experience leading large-scale technology projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong background in technology project management and delivery execution.
• Experience managing projects within Agile environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, project artifacts, and delivery frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in evolving business and technology environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives from project initiation through successful delivery.
