Technical project manager and scrum master

A large, enterprise technology organization is seeking an experienced technical project manager and scrum master to support complex platform initiatives within a regulated industry environment. This position carries dual accountability for agile delivery leadership and traditional project management, including financial oversight and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve concurrently as scrum master and project manager for technology initiatives

Required experience and skills

• Proven experience serving in a dual role as both scrum master and project manager

• Strong knowledge of agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, including scrum, kanban, and waterfall
• Proficiency with project and work management tools such as Jira, IBM Rational Team Concert, and IBM Rational Requirement Composer
