A large, enterprise technology organization is seeking an experienced technical project manager and scrum master to support complex platform initiatives within a regulated industry environment. This position carries dual accountability for agile delivery leadership and traditional project management, including financial oversight and executive communication.

Responsibilities
- Serve concurrently as scrum master and project manager for technology initiatives

Required experience and skills
