We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Business Transformation to lead our efforts in revolutionizing traditional business functions and operational efficiencies within our organization. This executive role involves challenging the status quo, injecting innovative thought leadership, and managing transformational efforts across multiple operational areas. The VP will be instrumental in building new capabilities, ensuring our processes evolve to be more flexible, scalable, and responsive to market changes and customer needs. This position offers the opportunity to lead significant change, particularly through a Core Processing System transition, ensuring seamless operational integration and execution.


  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on transformational efforts, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Lead the transition of the plan’s core processing system, working closely with Senior Operations and IT leadership to guarantee a flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new technologies and processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to approved tools and technologies while being open to identifying additional solutions as necessary.
  • Spearhead business expansion opportunities, identifying and capitalizing on high-value initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and prioritization of transformational efforts.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related analytical field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience, with a strong preference for experience in healthcare/managed care operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large, cross-functional projects and programs.
  • Proven ability in managing product/program backlogs and prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage both individuals and initiatives effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of and ability to implement new and emerging technologies.
