JOB SUMMARY:

As the Chief of Staff to the CMO, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic vision and priorities of our clinical leadership. You will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the CMO, collaborating closely to drive key initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the effective execution of clinical strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and confidant to the CMO, providing counsel, insights, and support on key clinical and operational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the CMO and other members of the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans, priorities, and initiatives that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Lead and manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CMO, overseeing cross-functional teams and driving successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication and collaboration between clinical leadership, departments, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and integration of efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare leadership, strategy, operations, or related roles, with a track record of success in driving change and achieving results.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery, clinical operations, and healthcare policy and regulations.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and initiatives, with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment and collaboration.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
