JOB SUMMARY: Senior Product Designer
We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Senior Product Designer to lead the design and development of user experiences across a diverse range of digital devices, including large screens, tablets, mobile phones, and wearables. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of information architecture, interaction design, usability analysis, and user-centered design principles. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Lead the design and creation of both consumer and enterprise applications.
- Advocate for user-centered design thinking throughout the product development cycle.
- Analyze customer research and competitor offerings to conceptualize user needs as a Senior Product Designer.
- Develop system and application concepts, including information architecture, user interface flow, wireframes, mockups, and design guidelines.
- Communicate design concepts through sketches, diagrams, and interactive prototypes, adapting communication styles to different audiences.
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure the faithful implementation of designs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Information Design, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of innovative design solutions from concept to implementation.
- 4 years of experience as a professional UX/UI or Product Designer.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to create mock-ups and efficiently produce multiple iterations to be a Senior Product Design.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and proven ability to apply them in practice.
- Solid experience in data-driven design activities, such as storyboarding and experience models, and using these strategies to create high-quality designs.
- Familiarity with agile software development processes.
