Your Day to Day:

Establish processes and then use and maintain them. This includes:

  • Database of all active projects, goals, timelines, and key resources
  • Tracking project lifecycle process
  • Design QC and documentation best practices
  • Ensure good documentation
  • Ensure quality assurance occurs, to reduce the risk of errors, rework, and wrong conclusions
  • Create a library of learnings so we can better harvest our results
  • Create a library of code that has been QA’ed, so we can complete work efficiently
  • Clarifying analytic questions and goals with key business partners to maximize the usefulness of analyses performed
  • Convene teams and ensure they are making good progress, identify and address roadblocks

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Education:
University or higher vocational degree and certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline is preferred.

Experience:
• Minimum five (5) years of experience, automation component experience is preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of project handling/coordination experience and process documentation.
• Experience on IT support organizations, Level 2 or Level 3 prefer.

Skills:

• Understanding of Software application life cycle and IT Service Management.
• ITIL V4 Certified is recommended.
